Registration consists of three steps. Make sure you complete each of these steps to confirm your place:

We cannot refund registration fees for any reason. Our expenses are very high to produce a World Congress which is up to the standards our audience expects. So please purchase adequate travel insurance to cover all your expenses for attending the World Congress.

We encourage you to register early for the World Congress, for the following reasons:

Due to space limitations at some of our partner venues, we are limiting attendance during the World Congress to 200 attendees, and to 100 attendees for the Pre-Congress and Post-Congress.
Some of our partner Hotels will only hold unreserved rooms for our use until March 1, 2023.
Due to inflationary pressures, registration fees will increase as of March 6, 2023.

Vaccination against Covid-19 is required for all World Congress participants. We will be spending lots of time together on buses, in enclosed rooms, sharing meals, etc. Some of us will probably be among high-risk groups. It is essential for the comfort and assurance of all concerned that the possibility of virus transmission is kept at a minimum. The prices of the Congress are exclusive of hotel accommodations and/or air travel, except for the Pre-Congress in Central Florida whose price includes the hotel.

Congress fees consist primarily of ticket entry to venues, lectures, tours, Congress meals, receptions, and bus travel during the Congress programs.
